Hotel Courtyard By Marriott Chicago Downtown/River North

Fairly clean hotel, I loved staff and location. I stayed in the room that was cleaned and available with two double beds.

We loved to be here, its location and staff.

The staff was extraordinary service-minded, knowledgeable. The room I booked was kept very clean and available with 2 beds + a sofa bed. Best possible and magnificent location steps away from a neo-Gothic skyscraper. Finally, the hotel's restaurant was good in lobby. Actually everything was very good, my next choice again in Chicago.

Solid hotel overall, is has very efficient service and unbeatable location also very close to River Walk.

Fairly clean and stunningly beautiful hotel, enthusiastic staff and brand-new rooms. New building and rooms with thick blankets. Very central location, just a pleasant stroll away from Macy's.

Stayed here for 1 day, loved the hotel, it was spotless with perfect location close to everything. I had really good days staying at this brand-new property.

I had very nice 2 nights in this hotel that's why I loved that. This venue was set in a central area short walk to restaurants, a fire station and the train. Besides, it was just a few minutes from chicago theater.

Excellent restaurant, outstanding staff, stunning position. I liked comfortable decor of the double room. Everything was perfect as expected, however the bathroom was very small. The breakfast was excellent and there was lots of nice food. Friendly check in and amazing service throughout my stay.

Loved it - the place is absolutely GREAT and suited me fine. The great staff working throughout the hotel. Super location to a huge outdoor sculpture. There's nice pool and free parking.

My favorite hotel in Chicago, the staff was exceptional. I got free upgrade and loved it. Moreover, free WiFi worked well in public areas. Super property, near the downtown, 20 minutes' walk.

the location was prime and room was spotless, i enjoyed top class staff. they had an early check-in too. for sure, free wi-fi worked well in public areas. pretty good meal at attached restaurant.
