The staff was extraordinary service-minded, knowledgeable. The room I booked was kept very clean and available with 2 beds + a sofa bed. Best possible and magnificent location steps away from a neo-Gothic skyscraper. Finally, the hotel's restaurant was good in lobby. Actually everything was very good, my next choice again in Chicago.
